WELCOME TO MY
PAGE!
It is a privilege to be the mother in this clan.
I was a "stay-at-home" mom for 20 years
and enjoyed every minute (well almost) being there
for our kids and volunteering in their schools
and the community. Now I am busy enjoying
life with the many friends I have made over the
past years.
WHEN I ARRIVED
August 16, 1946
WHAT I DO
Retired. I used to work as a teacher's aide (teaching math to small
enrichment groups) for elementary school students. I also
participate in my local church congregation
and various community activities.

WHERE I’M GOING
I'm constantly spending time with my family and
friends and I'm keeping up on my hobbies of travelling
(near and far) and studying German and Spanish.
I'm hoping to have more and more time to focus
on the people and activities that I love!
I now have two "grandchildren" to spoil,
too.
THINGS THAT TICKLE MY FANCY
- I participate in a local German language club.
- My hobbies include: taking long walks with
friends, playing cards, watching mystery and
love-story films, and spending time with my
family
- I volunteer regularly in my community and
am a very active member in my local church congregation.
MY FAVORITE FAMILY MEMORY
I find, especially now, that our kids are living
away from home (some even very far away from home)
that times when we can all be together is very
special. So, my favorite family memory is
a trip to Seattle, WA, and then on to Olympic
Peninsula, WA and Victoria Island, Canada.
I think we probably all really enjoyed the hostel
on Olympic Peninsula. hehe!
